Raising Men Homestead, LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds, as our products are made to order and not kept in inventory. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, offer a replacement.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care or safety instructions.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Raising Men Homestead Printing is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages. Delivery issues that occur after shipment must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.
